You can also attend seminars, speeches and more that are led by people who are knowledgeable about mind training. If you are willing to ask for help, you are sure to find assistance in learning more about mind training and achieving your goals.
Mind training is a new concept for many, and it's not uncommon to not really know what you are doing in the beginning. Avoid making these mistakes, though, and you might find that mind training is easier and more beneficial for you than you thought it would be.
